What can I expect from a 1:1 Yoga session?
1hour long sessions in the comfort of your home. All you need is space for a yoga mat, a yoga mat, 1 hour just for you and I will bring the rest.
Together, in a safe space, we will explore asanas (standing and sitting poses), mobility, breathing practices to soothe the nervous system. In 60 minutes we will explore, meet our edges, observe, get stronger and learn from it all!
I now serve clients in Straffan, Clane, Maynooth, Celbridge and surrounding areas.
